Because our products are custom-made and personalised, we cannot accept returns unless the item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Not as described
If you believe your item meets these conditions, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not work as expected, we’ll fix it. Please:
- Contact us at melodymomentsgb@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a video of the problem.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Mistakes made during the order process (e.g. incorrect lyrics or spelling sent by the customer)
- Normal wear and tear
Return Process
If a return is approved:
- Returned items must be sent back in original packaging (where possible)
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the return
UK Delivery Only
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders placed for outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
